Eiffage, a group supported by its employees

Smulders is part of Eiffage, a eading figure in the European concessions and public works sector operating through four business lines: Construction, Infrastructure, Energy and Concessions. 

The employee share ownership is a particular feature of the Eiffage group. More than 70% of the employees together hold approximately 20% of the capital. This unique model contributes to the Group’s independence and guarantees its stability.

Almost 90% of the Belgian employees of Smulders is shareholder of Eiffage.

We created the trajectory from project to people management (ESF 414). By means of this trajectory we want to support of managers and train them in social skills.

Moreover, we attach great attachment to a sustainable career policy (ESF 412). A second trajectory that was made possible thanks to the support of ESF, Flanders and Europe. We will focus on competence management, performance management, onboarding trajectories and buddies.
